Never liked him until now.Just did it again - told the truth that they just don't respond immediately to requests and gov's complaints: the requesting governor has to demonstrate that 1) he actually knows what they have and don't have, and 2) he has a current need for them. Dr. Birx says states are getting better in making requests.
