if he is thristy, give him water to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head, and the LORD will reward you.

Understanding the ‘reward’ is the peace granted to you by the Lord God upon your spirit is the most important part.
Doesn’t mean I have to ‘trust’ the person/persons; just treat them humanely.
