More than 52,000 of the nation's over 113,000 coronavirus cases have been reported in New York state alone. And officials are forecasting that the apex of the pandemic there is still 14 to 21 days away.
"This would be a federal declaration of war on states," Cuomo said, adding that he doesn't think the President is looking to start a war with states.

Too bad NYC couldn’t be quarantined due to idiocy spreading, way before coronavirus. I got out of there, couldn’t stand the low quality of life any more, caused largely by the huge influx of Chinese and their quaint neighborhood-destroying ways.

Declare martial law and indict the governors, mayors and other democrat leadership for criminal negligence. Yep. Trump baited the liberal celeb du jour into threatening civil war and screaming “unconstitutional” by suggesting the feds do to a state the same thing multiple states are doing to their own citizens.

Sort of like when Cuomo declared war against the citizens of the state of NY when he signed ‘law’ after ‘law’ into being that restricted the rights of citizens of the state of NY? Cuomo and the criminal lawyers in his executive branch even went after the NRA.
The criminals who are in the government of the state of NY must have the federal government declare war on them. The government of the state of NY, writ large, to include the governor, are the enemy of the U.S. Constitution.
