New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Saturday that government-mandated travel restrictions on his state would be a “federal act of war.”
He also said he is willing to sue Rhode Island for implementing a policy requiring visitors from New York to self-quarantine for 14 days in order to slow the spread of coronavirus.

Conspiracy Theory:
Maybe Coumo is using NY to spread the virus far and wide. Maybe that has been his plan all along. Mix up the bowl and then pull out the beaters wile the mixer is still running.
I was thinking if Trump has any hope of getting us reopened he may need to zone off the hotspots. Or make the hotspots explain why maybe the are not so as hot as they make out to be.
Either way these states need to decide. I thought it was one of Trumps best strategems of all time.

I’m sure like many the press conferences are the highlight of my day. Specifically the questions and Trump’s answers. I’ll be betting on Trump and I think your explanation is a good one.
