Having work with Emergency Management my guess is these were squirrelled away to protect them probably years ago. Then the person who did it retired.
I would bet that someone got a phone call from a retired manager asking if they remembered the vents in the warehouse...next to the Ark of the covenant.

Just heard on Fox News..cuomo closed Twenty hospitals...I do not now if they were in NYC...The state runs a lot of hospitals..they used the money for Medicaid or something...and built clinics

It’s almost like the Democrats are being political about Coronavirus.
I guess that’s because a Democrat is always a Democrat first.
Being an American is way down on their list.
Yes, they can be reused, but if you have 200 patients needing ventilators at the same time and you only have 120 ventilators at your facility, you have a shortage. There are too many patients needing them simultaneously.
The tubes like CPAP tubes are durable and can be sanitized but the real problem isn’t machines, it’s people who know how to set them up and operate them.
This jerk Cuomo is getting on my last nerve.
Today he posed with the National Guard and took ALL the credit for everything that Trump is doing.
He is obviously running for the Dem nomination, as Slow Joe falls deeper into dementia.
Actually, I’d love to see Trump go up against this megalomaniac and wipe the floor with him in November.
Cuomo will blame Trump for not finding this NY warehouse earlier.
I’m thinking these are found by Trump supporters only.
