What's essential to me ain't necessarily essential to the "mare" or others in power. So, what about the folks that had just started their waiting period to take possession? Will they still be able to obtain the weapons? Owning a brand new weapon for a first time buyer is a little spooky without some training on some level for saftey sake. But, that ain't defined in the 2nd amendment either. But infringement is self explanatory. Or damn well should be.
