I watched it.
She ask basically why he called it the China flu.
He said, “ Because it’s from China.” then, immediately went to the next question. He did just left the absurd stench of hanging.
The he blew off the pressing on Kung Flu, I thought he did a great job of not unloading on her.
A really ridiculous attempt to ‘gotcha’ the President.
The reporter looked completely ridiculous and, that was without looking at her.
These people are lower than snake shiit.

What has been quoted ever since, ad nauseam, ever since:

“I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose any voters.”

So, whereas in reality he was calling out a pollster for lying and insulting Trump supporters, the way they edited it, it seemed like he was bragging!

I watched that whole misunderstanding unfold, and there’s no way to put it back in the box. It is now just accepted by nearly everyone that Trump once boasted that he could kill someone and his supporters would still vote for him.

Same with the “you can grab women by the pussy” comment. He was just pointing out the truth - if you are a rich and famous enough, there are a lot of women who wouldn’t protest. But if you edit it enough you can make it sound like he was boasting about his own personal exploits.
