Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) is calling for the federal government to issue a $1,000 check to each American to help offset the cost of dealing with the coronavirus.

Here is my real problem with this — in Mormon eyes, this may very well be their Tribulation. People who are commanded to be prepped by their religion, have less reluctance to fight the enemy. Bishop Dullard’s “$1,000” is him simply flipping a coin out of the limo while he is whisked away to an undisclosed location.
Now Trump is saying much the same.
