I can definitely say that I had no 9-11 stash and no Y2K stash outside of a gigantic pack of Scott Tissue. I think it was 48 rolls or something.
But I think Obama really spurred me into thinking what if... so I started collecting and prepping, hiking, camping etc.
I wasn’t expecting a Chinese Bio-weapon though, I have to say. Kinda uneasy these days, future doesn’t seem certain.

We went to the range today. They were very busy; they said first time buyers were coming into the store in droves snapping up whatever they could get.

Get a free roll of TP with each purchase

Since people cant buy any TP - this may be their signal to buy some defense for themselves. Friends, family, neighbors?

The gun manufacturers have been hurting big league ever since Hillary didn’t win.
Ruger is in dire straits.
Maybe this will help.

Too bad they did not have time to run a couple thousand rounds through them to get some proficiency.
Fired once, dropped once.

Who would have guessed?
If you are out looking for a gun now, it just shows how little you think ahead.
When this passes, most of these people will go back to complacent mode anyway.

Ever since Hillary lost the gun manufacturers have been hurting. There have been some real bargains the past year. I took advantage.

I want to buy a handgun, I think they call it a Glock, but Im not sure. “
Geez. This doctor should definitely NOT get a GLOCK. I ccw a GLOCK 26 or 43 +1. But i have been carrying for 7 years and spent the 3 months waiting for my permit practicing carrying it around the house, shooting, and taking classes including a legal class.

A doctor who wanted to buy a gun at the store said, I want to buy a handgun, I think they call it a Glock, but Im not sure.
WOW, that gives me the creeps. Not even sure what he owns.

I went to a local gun range in Alpharetta GA tonight to pick up a few extra rounds of 9mm ammo and all they had left was range ammo. I looked in the glass cases where they displayed the guns and they had nothing but empty stands where the particular guns were located. The guys that worked there looked spent.

Try the pawn shops also, especially those that have good reputations in your town.

It’s the LA Times. You think they will seek out competent gunowners to interview?

he has not seen guns sell at this pace since just after the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. Marijuana dispensary and liquor store sales are also surging. Nothing goes together like booze, dope and loaded guns. What could go wrong?

I actually still have some of those novelty toilet paper rolls with OBunghole’s face on them.
Was saving them for my grandchildren for potty training (when I actually have grandchildren).
But I’ll break them out and use them if things get ... sparse...

I love my 1911s and my Glocks, but...I'd rather see a beginner get into a 1911 or variant before they step into a Glock.
