I take the viewpoint that people over 50 or with underlying conditions better be careful

I think there is too much concern over testing - we should assume everyone is exposed, and that it will run its course before long a vaccine is available.
The way I understand it, doctors treat the symptoms anyway - i.e., if somebodys lungs are filling up and it becomes life threatening, they will need to be intubated, put on a respirator, etc., regardless of whether the condition was caused by corona virus.
So, concentrate efforts on increasing capacity for those treatments, not waste effort on testing.
Im 68 so Im worried about what it will do to me if I get it. Im going to wash my hands, minimize contact and hope the spring sunshine kills it off before it gets to me.
