Its uncertain which precincts are involved or if the apparent winners from any races will change. Dallas County Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole discovered her office did not count about 10% of the ballots that voters cast on Super Tuesday.
She is now asking a court to let her conduct a manual recount of the votes, after she discovered 44 thumb drives containing ballots that were not included in the final results.

I should think so. It was the Democratic primary.
One proof of wrongdoing would be if the thumb drives result in more votes than registered voters, even taking in to account the fact that not all registered voters vote.
Yes, I know why. And it's sad.
In a better world - when the FBI performed a function beyond kissing the butts of White Liberal Elites... they might have done it - protected the sanctity of the vote in a free country - FOR ALL PEOPLE. Now, they wouldn't give a damn unless it helped liberals and hurt traditional Americans.
Wipe them, like with a cloth.
They keep the vote on thumb drives?
How about 44 thumbscrews for the democrats?
“””What impact will this recount have in the Iowa caucus results? Just curious.””
Depends if it changes who won it
How could they have not noticed 44 polling places did NOT turn in their thumb drive
These effing Democrats will be screwing us in November!
“The FBI could stop a lot of the traditional voter fraud...”
The Comey/Wray FBI? You jest.
Um, NO! No IT department in the world allows data to be stored on thumb drives any more. Votes should absolutely not be allowed on a thumb drive
These shenanigans never stop. Can’t states pass laws against this stuff? Someone mishandled the thumb drives, and needs to be fired, at the very least.
There have been more than a few elections in the past that have had more votes than than the entire adult population of the county, registered voters or not.
democRATic stronghold, Broward County, in south Florida comes to mind.
100%+ voter turnout. No one ever challenged it.
Dallas County has become a hot bed for mail-in ballot fraud over the last couple years. Miguel
Hernandez pled guilty to charges that he illegally harvested 766 mail-in ballots in a city council race.
DETAILS!
She is now asking a court to let her conduct a manual recount of the votes,
I think most of the readers of this thread missed this important statement that was excerpted. She wants to recount the actual ballots, not the thumb drives.
Much easier to hide and/or fake.
When looking for corruptocrats hyphenated last names are the place to start.
Chain of custody responsibility. “Discovered” my butt.
My ass. The punishment for those who lost [sic] them should be, one year in prison for each one they'd lost.
