From what I've read, stress can accelerate dementia issues. The personal issues mixed in with his political obligations are set to stick him into a co-morbid loop - stress adding to the dementia, dementia adding in stress. Watched a video of him from 2016 - he was focused, pretty cognizant and doing very well. Now - nope. He degraded badly in about 5 years time.
