Individually code and stamp every single bullet?
The guy is delusional.
It’ll probably pass in NY.

We need to code and register abortions too.
If we can save just one child, it will be worth it.

This posting doesn’t indicate what, who, how, and where that this would be done. Check the list of campaign contributors and investments.

What stops a perp from visiting a firing range, pick up a handful of used brass from the ground and drop it at a crime scene?

I am so glad they are not going to infringe on a right that “shall not be infringed.”

Heck...New Yuk...just kill people who own firearms. States rights. Some robed mullah would support you.

Is this even possible with current technology? I recall several years ago reading about some politician wanting some sort of micro labeling ammunition and the answer was: not possible.

Even better: the law, if passed, would outlaw current stocks of ammo. Anyone who possesses non-coded ammunition must dispose of it no later than January 1, 2022. < satire >Why hasnt he thought of just requiring all ammunition components themselves to have individual GPS with cellular capability to report coordinates of when and where its fired? Cases, primers, powder, and bullets? That would do what he really wants. . . Make ammunition so expensive no one could ever afford to buy any.
Shaddap, Swordmaker, dont give these idiots any more ideas to run with. They will. . . < /satire >

What is Ortiz’s background? Castroite? Chavezistia? Morales Mini-Marxist? Just a hardcore stupid Marxist? All of the above?
Time to target his seat for political extermination. Typical New York red and threat to freedom.
