Former hedge fund manager Tom Steyer announced Saturday night he was ending his campaign for the Democratic nomination after a disappointing finish in the South Carolina primary.
I said if I didnt see a path to winning that I would suspend my campaign and honestly I dont see a path where I can win the presidency, said Steyer at an event in Columbia, adding that he would of course be supporting the eventual nominee because theyre all a million times better than Trump.
When the Lord closes a door, he opens a window, continued Steyer, I will find that window and crawl through it with you, I promise you that. I love you very much. This has been a great experience, I have zero regrets. Meeting you and the rest of the American people is the highlight of my life.

Gee, that’s a shame.
I’d be mighty careful climbing in folks windows, Tom, 2nd Amendment and all.
We’ll miss you and your incessant pious ads.
But the important thing is, he’s a former presidential candidate. That’s all he wanted.
“Well...bye!”
That was so 10 minutes ago.
so who will his few voters go to now?
So... Who’s next?
I think Amy.
Been listening to his crap for a while.
Good riddance.
Good. My state’s primary doesn’t come up for a bit. Now I don’t have to suffer through his ads. Bloomberg’s are bad enough.
"He's worthless. Gone!"
Good, was tired of seeing his stupid ass flooding the airwaves here in California.
Good riddance to stupid POS.
Stick a salad comb in Amy. She’s done.
No more ads? awwww
They'll just be replaced with Bloomberg ads.
Bye Felicia
Bloomberg maybe? Who knows?
Warren and Amy should be the next two to go and then Buttigig..
Bloomy will probably refuse to withdraw and create some convention chaos. (I hope)
Now the biggest s&^%head in the nation needs to save the planet and get his carbon footprint down to zero....
