I mean it’s possible he could change- Believe it or not Jeffrey Dahmer did accept Christ and changed, but he was killed in prison- He did accept His responsibility, and felt remorse for what he had done- He didn’t give excuses, and even tried to warn people about the dangers of ‘harmless pornography’ which he said led him into deeper and deeper perversion until he crossed the line into criminal murder-
I also truly believe Karla Faye Tucker got saved too and changed- but change is very rare- true change that is- many psychos that murder don’t change, and always play the victim-
