Coronavirus: Japanese tour guide who met Wuhan travellers again tests positive

A coronavirus patient in Japan who had been discharged from hospital after recovering has again tested positive, officials said on Thursday, as the country grappled with rising unhappiness over the slow pace of virus testing.

The woman, a tour guide in her 40s, had been treated at a hospital in Osaka prefecture and left early in February, NHK reported.

She was on a bus carrying tourists from Wuhan, China, where the coronavirus outbreak originated last December.

The woman tested positive on January 29 and was discharged after being confirmed to be virus-free on February 6, NHK World reported.

But on February 19, she felt throat and chest pain. She took a second test and was confirmed with the Covid-19 disease again.

Also, most clinics do not have test kits. They are treating symptoms. The number of covid-19 positives is higher than what is being reported.

Roughly 30,000 American’s die every year from the seasonal flu. When it’s gets up to 30,000 you can start worrying, until then ignore the media hype.

The left wing media typically bloviat’s every time an unknown pathogen appears. Think SARS, think H1N1... Did you get SARS or H1N1? If you did, you were one of the very few worldwide.

Think of this... There are 1.386 billion people in China and there are little over 84 thousand people who have been diagnosed with this virus and 2,773 deaths ... That many people likely expire every single day in China suffering brain hemorrhages while passing stools.

Okay, look at your numbers...30K Americans dead with how many sick. That is a low number. Now, take a look at the Chinese Coronavirus Plague. The rates in areas like Italy are something like 20% mortality. The rates elsewhere seem to vary from 9% and up. The point is, that within the limited infected groups, the death rates is incredibly high. Much different than the fraction of flu victims that die.

I don't know why people keep trying to compare to the flu to dismiss the Chinese Coronavirus. Besides, if it was just a simple flu, would China have closed cities, bulldozed roads, quarantined people in homes, and so forth? Seriously, consider their response and tell me that you think that is a normal response to the flu.
