Steyer spent $15.5M on ads in Nevada.
Bernie spent $2M on ads in Nevada.
Conclusion: Money won’t buy votes.
Bad news for Doomberg.

On this one I think it is just stupidity and incompetence.
Other news:
The Squaw has been found and she will speak about her amazing fourth place finish! ;-)
The Squaw’s campaign say she raised $21M this month.
If she keeps that up, she can stick it out until the end.
Those who are dreaming of a two way race can fuggedaboutit.
This is going to play out a Bernie plurality, no nominee on the first ballot, the DNC steals it from Bernie, rioting ensues...
I will stick my neck out and predict five candidates go all the way to the convention:
Bernie—first easily—40%
Biden, Buttigieg, Warren, Doomberg—15% each
At that point the superdelegates either go for Bernie or go for theft.
I predict they will go for theft.
The squaw will send out smoke signals from Washington state.
Nevada—very important numbers—black voters:
Biden 39%, Sanders 27%.
That is not going to be enough to win South Carolina imho—or,if he does, it will be by one percentage point or so.
Biden may be able to limp along, but he is not a serious threat to Sanders on total national delegate count.
Its a Catch 22 situation. Bernie gets the nom, most likely big L for Dems in this cycle of elections. However, deny Bernie the nom, you cause an internal split in the Democratic party. Sooo, which door do they choose?
CNN trying to justify the slow count—cut me a break!
Yang has been excellent tonight—”You owe quick results to the American people.”
Exactly. When I think of our previous nominees being McCain and Romney it just blows my mind. Look how far we have come since those dark days!
I think they have to deny him the nomination and take their chances to rebuild the party. I think they now see they have gone too far left and have to find a way of at least bringing moderates back to the party. Otherwise they are a fringe party and in the wilderness for awhile.
The squaw is speaking:
“Thank you for keeping me in the fight...”
Hahahahahaha!
“Our support has been growing...”
Yup—she is in it to....make a mess...yes!
She is beating up on Bloomberg and his money....
Circular firing squad!
Agreed...as an aside...this has been the first time Ive watched CNN and MSNBC since Trump won in 2016. Its been a fun night and Thxs for all your contributions tonight...great commentary from you!
Thanks.
This Democratic primary and caucus season is totally amazing...never seen anything like it.
The Dems won’t screw Burnie out of the nom a second time. They will pour money into taking the Senate. There isn’t going to be a brokered convention. Whoever gets the most delegates will get the nom.
