Right after tonights big Democratic debate, there was a general consensus on CNN that it went very badly for Michael Bloomberg.
Van Jones put things the most succinctly when he said it was a disaster for the former New York mayor:
Bloomberg went in as the titanic billion-dollar-machine titanic. Titanic, meet iceberg Elizabeth Warren. She took him to task in a way that Ive never seen in a debate. She took it over, she prosecuted him. But the worst part about it is for me a lot of African-Americans are placing great hope in Bloomberg, despite the stop and frisk youre seeing people trying to move over there, and he just wasnt ready. He was tone-deaf on issue after issue, and the reason why hes not beenin those living rooms, he hasnt been doing those town halls.
His answer on women was terrible, he got destroyed on the NDA question, his answer on stop and frisk was as bad as it could possibly be, and then he basically lied on his answer when it came to redlining, Jones continued. He let people down tonight.

Bloombergs cash is trash. He has as much chance of getting elected president as my neighbors Chihuahua.
Democrats said the same about Trump. How did that work out?
The courts... Good point, but I think their party is so fractured right now that finding the “unifying” candidate will be impossible. I’m not buying into the inevitability of Hillary being called in to rescue the day. She’s done as a presidential candidate. If the DNC and the powers that be try to make her or someone else the compromise candidate at a brokered convention, though Bernie has the most delegates, it’s going to be Chicago 1968 all over again!
Probably in tears. Pete B was able to talk over her without even raising his voice, and I think he poked several holes in her.
But that costs them four years of Trump Unchained. The Judiciary, and some of their sorry asses are in the balance. You can’t have do-or-die AND a sacrificial ticket.
He did, and had one of the candidates used that line, it would have been a kill shot.
Van Jones is still burying Bloomberg.
Bloomberg big loser. Biden gains noting. Warren made her points. Sanders looked fanatical but the Bernie Bros like that. Mayor Pete gained little. Klobuchar did well in her moderate positioning.
I will grade the candidates tomorrow on the @NoSpinNews! Good night!— Bill O'Reilly (@BillOReilly) February 20, 2020

Bloomberg didn't do very well, but he can buy his way back in. Agreed that Biden got nothing out of it. Nothing else changes.
All Bloomberg had to do was NOT make a big blunder. He succeeded at that...
Right. The establishment will cave and Bernie will be the nominee. They don’t have a candidate strong enough to counter him.
Van Jones showed up on Adam Carolla’s show. Jones is hardcore leftist but he’s a political animal. He gets the realities like James Carville does. He sees this crop of candidates won’t get it done.
Go look at the Harry Reid open convention post I put up. That’s the plan.
Biden drops big time.
“but he can buy his way back in”
Bloomberg bought his way into the debate stage tonight only to have his a$$ handed to him.
30 second ads won’t save him.
Hitlery is lining up her super-delegates for the most cigar-smoke filled backroom of brokered conventions.
.....
She is thinking if she maintains the states she had in 2016 but then pick up Michigan, Wisconsin, Pittsburgh, north Carolina. ..she could win. ....those few states will be her focus. ...maybe Florida too. She is rested, been rehearsing speeches, losing weight, got face lift, slowed down on the booze. ......that’s why Podesta was put on the DNC convention committee. ....now throw in Bloomberg money. .....
It ain’t over folks. ....I am sure Trump team has already played this scenario out and is prepared for Hillary.
All of these leftists are lunatics . It is merely a matter of degree .
It’s going to fall to the 26% hard left.
Some of these guys ARE WAAAAY off on Bloomberg. His first half stunk and Warren rocked him on the NDA. From that point on he did a lot better. Hes got the cash to last and hell get some practice in and be better in the next debate.
Did you watch the whole debate? His first half stunk. Then he did a lot better. Wait til he starts running ads against Pete. He will be there in the end with Bernie.
Oh! What a wonderful night of TV. $450 anti-gun million blown in 90 minutes!
BEAUTIFUL!!
STUNNING!
MUST SEE TV!!
