As you can see from my post #22, 9 of the 17 on the committee are ClownBammy judges.

ZERO Trump judges.

Pretty partisan, I'd say...

Mary Murguia - the sister of the former head of the National Council of La Raza, Janet Murguia.

Jeebus.

ClownBammy stuck her on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

The prosecution of Roger Stone was political, pure and simple. This is third world behavior.

And this has NOTHING to do with Judges. Prosecutors are NOT an impartial party, and they are frequently guilty of over reach and misconduct. Every Judge knows this. If their boss tells them they are going too far, that is within the bosses authority. It's not a case of telling them to drop it. It's more like a DA telling his prosecutor, "hey, the guy jaywalked, I'm not gonna let you recommend jail time just because he beat you up in grade school".

This is a highly organized hit on Barr. Judges have no attachment to prosecutors, and there has been ZERO influence of Judges by Barr. These same Judges have NO PROBLEM with Barr "using his influence" to decline to prosecute Comey, McCabe and others who are known to have committed crimes, but somehow telling prosecutors to follow reasonable sentencing guidelines is an emergency.

This is a highly organized hit on Barr.

It's all fun and games for our Elite Masters until the peasants decide that it's not The Rule Of Law any more - but that they're using The Law To Rule.

And what kind of sentences did “republicans” get compared to “democrats” in this judges courtroom?

Judges belong to the Judiciary Branch of the government. Prosecutors and the DOJ belong to the Executive Branch of the government. Why are these judges invoving themselves in another branch of the government? Roberts, why are they??? Roberts you must be blind or stupid to think there are not Democrat activist judges.

To me, the most disturbing part of this story is that there actually is such a thing as a judges association. What is gained by having an association of judges that are supposed to be independent? Is this like a judges union? And what business is it of theirs in the Judicial Branch to stick their collectife noses into an Executive Branch controversy?
