Where is their statement about allowing a biased jury foreman?

Now we hear from the Judicial Peanut Gallery. This 2nd Obama judge just has to get het 2 cents in. Senior judge Howell headed up Mueller’s Russia-Russia-Russia Witch Hunt Grand Jury. So she was up to her neck with the four dearly departed DOJ prosecutors. You need never wonder why they assigned an Obama judge to head up that GJ.

so why does Wolfe, a democrat who leaked top secret files for blow jobs, and lied to the FIB, get 2 months, and Stone, who lied to CONgress is recommended for 9 years........

Well, then what is the problem with what Trump tweeted if these judges are so fearless and partly divine?

I have some experience with the federal court system. If you can’t take the heat, don’t be a judge. No need for any judge to issue public statements, no matter who criticizes them.

Completely inappropriate for her to say this. Judges have been criticized by presidents, congressman, and citizens forever yet they would have you believe that Trump is different. Just one more example of the radical “resistance” from the federal judiciary that Trump has had to deal with.

Judges should be like umpires. An umpire gets yelled at by players and coaches. They don’t need to issue public statements about calling balls and strikes.

I think in most southern states....the judge would have called up the juror within 24 hours, and asked them to appear in court. You’d have to dismiss the whole case, and retry it...at least in a normal situation.

If you allow it to stand, it simply makes the whole system appear to be a Banana Republic.

The eighth Amendment in The Bill of Rights prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. Roger Stone definitely had his civil rights violated by this kangaroo court in his proposed sentence. Most of these offenders get minimal jail time and probation. In the cases involving RATS, they get a slap on the wrist.

Yeah yeahhh - judges are always non-partisan and never legislate from the bench.

America’s robed mullahs are so much more nuanced than the ME goons.

The Law Defends Plunder

But it does not always do this. Sometimes the law defends plunder and participates in it. Thus the beneficiaries are spared the shame, danger, and scruple which their acts would otherwise involve. Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of JUDGES, police, prisons, and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim — when he defends himself — as a criminal. In short, there is a legal plunder, and it is of this, no doubt, that Mr. de Montalembert speaks.

This legal plunder may be only an isolated stain among the legislative measures of the people. If so, it is best to wipe it out with a minimum of speeches and denunciations — and in spite of the uproar of the vested interests.

There should never have been any Obama appointees.

He is not a natural born citizen.

As an Ivy League graduate (Columbia, then Harvard) and as a lawyer, it is fair to say he was never born at all.

He hatched.
