“You’ve also indicated a fair amount of paying attention to news and social media including about political things?” Judge Amy Berman Jackson asked Hart.

“Yes,” she replied.

“And when we asked what you read or heard about the defendant, you do understand that he was involved in Mr. Trump’s campaign in some way?” Jackson asked.

“Yes,” she said.

“Is there anything about that that affects your ability to judge him fairly and impartially sitting here right now in this courtroom?” Jackson queried.

“Absolutely not,” Hart answered.

“What is it that you have read or heard about him?” asked Jackson.

“So nothing that I can recall specifically,” Hart replied. “I do watch sometimes paying attention but sometimes in the background CNN.”

“So I recall just hearing about him being part of the campaign and some belief or reporting around interaction with the Russian probe and interaction with him and people in the country, but I don’t have a whole lot of details. I don’t pay that close attention or watch C-SPAN,” she continued.

“Can you kind of wipe the slate clean and learn what you need to learn in this case from the evidence presented in the courtroom and no other source?” Jackson asked, to which Hart responded, “Yes.”

So she lied. Why any one is shocked is a good question, indeed.

Both Judge Berman and jury forewoman (foreman), Tomeka Hart, have serious problems, IMHO.

and she was the jury FOREPERSON not just some random juror sitting on the case..she was the foreperson..this is jury misconduct right here..she LIED, said she would be IMPARTIAL meanwhile she was tweeting during the trial about how much she hates Trump etc etc..Stone needs a new trial..heck even Lindsey Graham tweeted about this(When yesterday he was harping about how what Trump tweeted was “inappropriate”) yet today he said if this is true that someone needs to look into it..DUH of course it’s TRUE..who allows a Democrat candidate for Congress on a jury to decide the fate of someone who worked with Donald Trump

She tweeted (before getting on the jury) that she didn’t care about the way Stone was arrested because blacks are constantly being murdered by police.

Also said that all supporters of Trump are racist.

And she was tweeting stuff about the Mueller probe and crazy stories that Trump associates were involved with Russia.

But she lied about that and told the judge that of course her political viewpoints would not prejudice her in the case.

What a nightmare.

Perjured herself. Made a mockery of the courtroom. Of course the lefty judge will do nothing even though she disgraced her courtroom.

There should be a dismissal just based on jury misconduct alone

So a high profile case and the lawyer didn’t even do a quick online search of the potential jury members. Seems a quick check would have disqualified her.

Are jury candidates under oath?

If not, they should be.

And, if so, this one should be charged for perjury and sentenced to 9 years.

So a perjurer convicts a man of perjury, and we’re supposed to believe that a Draconian sentence is warranted??

Berman Jackson the Fake American “Judge” can call the mistrial anytime, it’s still too late.

Even Judge Nap, who is never-Trumper, said this morning that this a big problem and is grounds for a re-trial

I thought one was supposed to be judged by a jury of their “peers”.

This piece of filth isn’t humanly qualified to scrub the floors.

She should be charged and if found guilty, get the same sentence Roger Stone received. Fairness.
