How does this change if he is charged with leaking? I personally would like to see him OTH discharged and loss of pension.
I don't see the Army charging him. The evidence will be shaky, and the last the thing that the Army will want is to host a political clown show that a Vindman Court Martial would be.
If he is charged and convicted in Federal Court, he would be discharged.
