Burisma was the trough where all the Washington pigs went to swill. I’ll wager that there are many of both parties who did so and don’t want to be exposed.

First he casts a totally ineffectual vote for President Trump’s impeachment that enrages his own party, destroys all goodwill with President Trump ( he might not care, but he does have a lot of constituents who need him to care) and satisfies Democrats who hate him almost as much as they hate President Trump
And then he tries to seize the moral high ground with his pious pontificating and his need to “vote his conscience” - all of which is about to be undermined by the exposure of his involvement and probable participation with Ukraine corruption and ties to Burisma
He is about to be exposed as hypocrite of the highest order - and probably much worse too

This notion by the writer is contradicted by the fact that Mitten’s vote made, and could not have made, one iota of difference in the President being acquitted. Mittens knew that when he voted. In fact waited to announce his vote until it was certain to have no impact on the outcome. It was a petty, vindictive, and sanctimonious futile gesture of the kind so very typical of Mittens.
I think this illustrates the sleaziness of the CIA and other American Intelligence agencies. There was 7Billion American taxpayers dollars that went off to Ukraine and disappeared. Why does nobody care where it went? Who got payed off by this money. Is the money still out there like some big slush fund ready to buy off corrupt people out side of our country and inside as well.

Keep this in mind....Burisma is only ONE company in ONE country that the US sends foreign aid to every year. That means that there are BILLIONS upon BILLIONS in foreign aid sent to many many countries around the world with their own versions of Burismas!! How many lobbyists, politicians, former Deep State operatives are in DC taking their “fair share” of that foreign? Folks...,THAT’s what the impeachment is ALL about! Concluding that his impeachment vote was all about being a bitter Betty is far too simplistic. Follow the money and you find that Romney’s hands are almost as dirty as the Biden’s are. Trump was taking away their money trough and therefore must be stopped.
