The White House has reacted to the clip of Nancy Pelosi tearing up the State of the Union speech, accusing the House speaker of disrespecting the guests Trump invited to the speech.

That was bad. You’d think she’d just lost impeachment or something. Trump should offer to produce for her a new copy signed with his own signature pen like the ones she used to sign his impeachment.

This completely vindictive and classless act by the Speaker of the House puts for the political optic that the President is the victim of her poison and hate.
It makes a sympathetic character - - - something he is rarely portrayed as by our horrible "media", even though he is the most persecuted President in our history.

Absolutely. He touted his accomplishments, and contrasted circumstances now with what existed when he took office, and characterized the differences as improvements. But they were accomplishments that anyone who cares about the country should feel good about. The Democrats response was petulance.

Pharmaceutical issue (President in a commercial saying how drugs are cheaper in Europe then in US and he wants lower drugs prices for folks) however is supposedly stuck in the Senate with couple different bi-partisan folks offering different changes. Pelosi in house wants the Sec of Health and Human Resources to negotiate with drug companies for lower prices. Then the impeachment hearings started etc. So it’s still stuck in never never land.

Everyone is missing the point. The SOTU was an excellent speech. This is Nancy’s way to get people to stop talking about it and focus on her.
Best to just ignore her, she’s just doing it for attention. She’s not relevant any more.
Watching Nazny and those Klan women, all I could think was:
“Should have never given them the vote.”
Who was she talking to, and what was she saying? Pence said he wasn't paying attention to her because he was focused on what the President was saying.
