The “moderate” Dems are the ones who still have jobs, therefore don’t have time to be SJWs & practitioners of identity politics, therefore are clueless as to how far left the Democrat Party has gone.

So IOW voters who don’t speak English & have NO CLUE what the candidates are saying about their foreign or domestic policies. No clue about their economics, beyond “get ya free stuff here.”

The reference to his being black wasn’t gratuitous. Part of the conversation was about black folk being ill-treated by the city and police department.

I was surprised to learn that a lot of people do not know he’s gay. I got into a discussion with some women from my rather conservative church, and 2 out of 4 did not know this! These seem to be relatively informed people, as they seemed to follow a discussion of the issues fine. I just think they’re tuning out the democrat field till the herd thins.
