I think we’re headed in that direction.
More and more states will move to super Tuesday creating a defecto national primary. No state wants it to be over before they vote.
I proposed a system for our side to use, points for each state based on how Republican they vote, mimicking the electoral college, points divided proportionally unless someone won a majority in the state, and a second round between the top two.
Such a big change is hard however.
In the medium term I think the rats will eliminate caucuses for next time.

Pete’s group had 66 people
Bernie & Pete end up tied at 4 delegates following a coin toss.
Is this coin toss a part of the “quality control” the DNC is issuing in the Iowa caucus?
