I still remember seeing Andrew Breitbart speak at CPAC (via CSPAN). He said he had big news..... and a few days later was killed by the deep state.
I hope Trump brings justice for that horrific crime.

Just watched Senator Klobuchar, a former county attorney, on FOX news... Smiling, she is a very appealing candidate with what appears to be a moderate approach. Except when she's stubbornly dodging questions and not giving any slack to the notion that sometimes we need to reconsider our actions. Especially if actions such as putting someone away for life using a lack of evidence or witnesses to a fatal shooting might be the case, according to an AP investigation. Their story outlines how police relied on jailhouse information etc.

I don't know if any of the AP's info is accurate. But her twists and turns to avoid Wallace's questions showed a side of her displayed before, when she asked Kavanaugh petty and immaterial questions. Most Liberals, no matter their personal disposition, can always be counted on to push for results without carefully examining the consequences- before or after the fact. Klobuchar appears to be no exception.

I just hope you don’t have a gay in your family.

I did....he died...at age 27. That helped me shape my opinion.

I bet you would hate him

No, I felt bad, but I hated his uncle who ruined him. 80% of homos admit to being molested as a child.

as a family with gays in it....We need to look at their character not what sexual orientation they are.

Maybe you need to be looking at the character of somebody in your family who's been raping all the boys.

I did.

The average age of a male homo is 45 years. All of them I ever knew are either insane, deceased, or soon will be.

McSally...Unfortunately, her team does little but complain about media coverage, which is pointless

Get her on twitter.

It’s not like Mitt would ever go to CPAC. Not enough socialists for his taste.

So I watched Rona McDaniels (who is not using “Romney” in her name of late) get interviewed on Face the Nation.

She did a great job of defending President Trump, a fine job as is her GOP chair duties.

At one point she was asked about her Uncle-yes the interviewer said UNCLE-and McDaniels handled this by launching into a compliment tirade about President Trump.

I paraphrase below:

Interviewer:”Do you think it was a bad move for your Uncle t vote for more witnesses?”

McDaniels: “There was no need for more witnesses. The Democrats had plenty of witnesses in the House hearings.” .....on and n about The Democrats.

Interviewer: “Okay, we understand you don’t want to discuss your Uncle”-—she really said that! McDaniels did not protest.

Now understand the interviewer did not ask McDaniels about the error of Collins’ and the Alaskan woman’s move. I suspect that McDaniels would have handled questions about each the same way....change the subject and talk with zeal about President Trump.

So I’m not saying that her refusal to chastise her Uncle means she is showing favoritism. It is a very good way of handling this sort of thing, I agree. Also, note the interviewer would likely not have put a Dem. Chair under questioning about errant relatives.

Just remember, almost every person on this board, including me, admits voting and promoting for Romney, McCain, even Dubya. And now you all, including me, admit we did it because it was our only choice.

When this McDaniels position presents us with troubles in the future we will be repeating our folly for wanting so bad to believe this guy is on our side.

I predict, since everybody’s making predictions.

Also, have no horse in the Super Bowl parade but rooting for Kansas because they’ve turned San Francisco into a dump.

Problem with the gay Nazis is you cannot only love the sinner you have to celebrate the sin. Where in the Bible does it say that?

Why don’t you just call him a racist, sexist, homophobe and be done with it. You must be so proud of yourself with all your sanctimony and tolerance.

I started this last week. I went door to door to see if all are registered to vote in my subdivision of 50 homes. I went to 25 homes. I brought my senior pug (who is now in a wheelchair) with me. I thought I needed a good visual prop to get them to open the door.I saw that many now have installed Ring at their doors. In 2016, there were about 30% of the people who said they were voting Democrat. They had just arrived from Penn, NJ and NY. Some of them have subsequently left because they hated living in the South and thought we are ignorant with that accent “an all” and too many churches.
This year we have newcomers from many new places. A retired border patrol agent from CA, a firefighter from Florida, a retired man who said he “worked for the Military” in some capacity. By his non answers, I surmised he was in some intelligence capacity.
Everyone of them said they were registered or registering to vote for Reps and Trump. I made sure they had all the information they needed to make that happen. We talked lot of local politics as things have been heating up here in my town as the idiots in state govt want to change the current roads to toll-roads. You can imagine the opinions I heard!
I rolled up to one house with my pug and what did I see? A new neighbor with a US flag and under it the biggest red Trump flag I have ever seen. We did a high five and then he gave my pug some cookies.
So a good day for all. I will go back and recheck as we get closer to November.

You are right. Mitt would never attend CPAC but Matt Schlap knows how to get some good promotion out of the dis-invite.
He will have record crowds this year. President Trump usually speaks.

Lots of people are flying American flags too. What gets me, several had Trump 2020 or Drain the Swamp next to the flags.
Also, lots of people running around with MAGA hats. I have traveled all over the country. Was in Nashville a couple of months ago. Lots of people with MAGA hats on, walking down Broadway. The same in different parts of Florida. Going back to Florida again soon. Will update later!

“Bloomberg is on local TV night and day, even the Mexican channels. ...he is everywhere. ....been that way for many months now.. ...(south Texas)”

So what? Trumps approval numbers are climbing. Bloomberg will be an easy target for Trump. Bloomberg has been registered as a Democrat, Republican and Independent. He is called “The Nanny” for good reason. His governing method is to tell everyone how they must live their life.

Besides if money was the end all and be all you appear to believe it is, why didn’t Clinton win when she massively outspent Trump?

Americans are pretty shallow when it comes to choosing their leaders with the physical appearance of the candidate being very important. Towards that end Trump at 6’3” is a very imposing figure and his demeanor is very much that of a leader with his take no crap full speed ahead and his willingness to give all the credit for his accomplishments to the people who put him in his position.

Trump is a leader and looks the part while Bloomberg is....short.
