Federal officeholders -- senators and congressmen -- cannot be recalled. This issue has been litigated both in federal court (Frank Church, Idaho, 1967) and state court (Robert Menendez, New Jersey 2013).
Although Justice Clarence Thomas believes that states should have the right of recall under the 10th Amendment, getting four other justices to agree with him will be a high hill to climb, especially considering the case law already on the books.

Why would you have expected anything different, given his performance as Governor of Massachusetts?
This is a guy who instituted homosexual Marriage in Massachusetts. He launched what became Obamacare on a state level in Massachusetts. Romney hired his damned hand picked Education Czar who then implemented a curriculum which taught the mechanics of homosexual relations and sadomasochism to grade school children.
Some people may be disappointed, but it’s not because nobody was shouting the alarm. There were people who didn’t want to listen and didn’t even bother to research whether or not what they were being told was true.
No, there is no recall for Congress; would require a national constitutional amendment to enact recall or also term limits.
