I can’t believe we’re cooler than you! Of course, it won’t last but a little winter won’t hurt. Kill those mosquito larvae I hope.
Well, it was little bit cool out there. Also the retractable Leash broke so I’m having to order a new one from Walmart but we did get to do some activity out there. Gizmo rolled around in the dirt. Also we walked the beach and hung out on the picnic grounds. We had a great time.

I was paying attention this time. LOL
I was wearing flip flops (of course) and once I got my foot out of the muck, I had to dig the flip flop out. You betcha it was a mess to clean up. LOL
We didn’t seem to get hit as hard by this system as you did. We had no wind and our temps weren’t all that bad today. It was just damp, drizzly, yucky.
At least it wasn’t frigid and you were able to get out for a while.
I wondered when that leash would break. Gizmo’s given it a workout since you bought it. LOL It sounds like he had a great time out there - - got to roll in the dirt. :-)

Guess I’ll mod a bit and then head out. I’m getting really sleepy. I’ll be glad when this virus is history! LOL!
I’m sure you COULD have done without that wind. It kicks up dust bad enough here when we have long dry spells but it’s nothing like y’all deal with. blech!
I hope the virus is history soon but I’m not holding my breath. I’m watching, too, and not liking that latest bit of news.

Yep, the leash did last almost 2 months. We’ll see how things work out with the new one. It’s supposed to arrive tomorrow.

Yep, wrapping up just in time for me to medicate Bella, scoop litter boxes, and head off to dreamland. My eyes are hanging out of my head. LOL
Get a good night’s sleep. Probably going to be another marathon day tomorrow.

Might want to order a few to put aside. Once warm weather moves in and there are more people hanging out around the lake to attract Gizmo’s attention, the life-span might shorten.

I talked to a tanker pilot that said he had a guy that ran out of fuel. He was close enough to put the tanker into a dive and get ahead of the fighter and give him enough fuel to start the engines and get back up altitude and totally refuel.
Oops.
Good evening, mountainlion….what a terrific story! What a “can do” accomplishment by the tanker pilot. So proud of our military!!!
Thank you! He has been in the Army since he was 17, first in the N.J. National Guard. He went full time, active duty with 9/11. Still works in NJ but lives in PA.
