Philbin coming in with looking at the ICIG law and the legal term of art "urgent concern." 50 USC 3303.
OLC analyzed the complaint in light of the statute, and reported back to the DNI, "this material is not in ICIG Atkinson's jurisdiction."
The House managers blew off addressing all of this material. it is old material. It is inconvenient to their narrative. Just one more data point showing this to be a sham, a raw and obvious abuse of House power.
Ask yourself, why hasn't the press exposed this issue and question? Rhetorical question. They are in the same camp as the DEM impeachment managers. They are advocates for one side.
