The House managers blew off addressing all of this material. it is old material. It is inconvenient to their narrative. Just one more data point showing this to be a sham, a raw and obvious abuse of House power.
Ask yourself, why hasn't the press exposed this issue and question? Rhetorical question. They are in the same camp as the DEM impeachment managers. They are advocates for one side.

Sekulow moving on to repeat the fact that FBI lied to FISC to get a bogus order. Comey leaked a memo, and so on, leading to a special counsel.
This is an argument that appointment of Mueller had no basis or illegal basis. And SC, which is created to remove appearance of bias, is totally biased. Doesn't this bother your sense of justice? Mueller allowed the evidence on FBI agent's phones to be wiped clean while an IG investigation was underway. They got no serious trouble, just fire. Mueller just shrugs, "I don't know what happened. I can't recall."
Sekulow again points out that the senate is voting to remove a duly elected president. The DEMs would be happy to do that and worse. I figure this argument is, to them, encouragement to remove.
