Perhaps we should be rounded up and ‘Reeducated’ so we can all think like a Democrat.
I’ve done 100s of trials over 35 years. Whenever my client is the one going second he/she is so depressed and thinks it’s a lost cause. I preferred going second. Sure, the other side gets to rebut new evidence but by then the trier of fact is thinking about what groceries to buy on the way home.

I think in order to be forcing someone to do something, you actually have to be forcing them. Like saying “if you don’t do what I want, I’m going to take away your money”, or “if you investigate Joe Biden, We are going to stop voting you money”.
