Right. But in legal terms there's a huge difference between: (1) "believing" (even with almost 100% certainty) that Ciaramella is the whistleblower, and (2) establishing through the records of the ongoing proceedings that he is.

Hey - you left out “feelings”. That goes a long way to describe how a dem comes up with their conclusions/decisions.
How many times did we hear them tell us in the hearings what they JUST KNEW the president did or was going to do??? Or what he was thinking of doing therefore he needed to be STOPPED!!
