Multiple Democratic senators believe there are three or four more amendments to trial framework. “Maybe more” said one Democratic senator. Closed session now up in the air. This will culminate at some point later with a vote on the base McConnell framework for the trial
Now, I would pay my good hard earned money to see that!
Process is substance. An investigation must not only be unbiased, it must credible.
The House investigation and subsequent impeachment was an affront to both of those propositions.
