To: Red Badger
What about Roberts. I've been somewhat out of touch - will he see that there's a fair trial? Insist on factual testimony? The house just wants hear say garbage ad nauseam but can the senate insist on real witnesses etc?.

What ever the dims have on Roberts we can get too. He would do well to remember that.

Unlike a judge in a civil or criminal trial, The Chief Justice essentially just presides over the spectacle.

He is basically an ornament.........................
