Iranian retaliation begins with missile attack on Iraqi airbase

Initial reports stated that 9 rockets hit the Ain al-Assad airbase on Tuesday. The base hosts American soldiers.
Heavy missile attacks were carried out by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps on the Ain al-Assad air base in Iraq that hosts both Iraqi and US soldiers on Tuesday night. Nine missiles hit the airbase, according to Al-Hadath.

The left will be squealing non stop that we “got what we deserved thanks to Trump” and “Attacking Iran will be against International Law”, etc.
Only around half of this country will want to strike Iran. The left has deballed an enormous amount of American men.
Although I'm generally against “nation building” and “regime change”, I can easily see the need in this situation for this target. Iran has been the source of the bulk of “unrest” in the Middle East and needs to be taken care of, one way or another.
Will we have the backbone to actually take out the leadership of Iran?
Most dead would mostly be under ruble at this point I would think.

They attacked our bases there. They want to keep the theater limited which may be why they haven’t attacked our assets in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and at sea.

My guess is that Trump knew if he casually (like he always does) mentioned that we had missiles aimed at their “52 cultural sites”, the Iranians would spend much effort trying to shore them up and take their MFin’ eye off the real targets...
A great misdirection fake when Trump knocks the ever-loving shit of every military target in Iran instead—or better yet, “IN ADDITION” to the cultural sites for that matter.
