I think a lot of that is going to come out in Barr’s investigation and probably better founded and more clearly. A lot of Dems who are not in the FBI or CIA were involved in this plot.
Trump and the Senate...and, for that matter, the House...have more important things to do. Like protecting the US from the Mad Mullahs. Not that the Dems care.

Ha, this is not a “legal” proceeding in any sense of the word.
This is what Pehosi wants. By not sending the Articles of Impeachment and the Senate Repubes voting to dismiss the Articles, it removes her from being the fall guy in this whole process. She knows the way the House ran the Impeachment hearings was a farce and she can’t in due conscious send this over to the Senate. She also knows that if she holds onto them long enough that the Senate will get restless and do what they are doing now. And once the Senate acts on the farcical Articles of Impeachment they will be rendered null and void in her eyes. Then she can wait until Trump’s second term, provided she still holds the House, to impeach Trump once again this time with her people in the lead roles and Schifty and Nads out of the picture.
Since it’s not important to Pelosi, it shouldn’t be important to us.

They haven’t been doing them since they were voted in this time. They’ve been busy trying to dirty Trump. They fear Trump. He has made it a point to identify people that are not within the standards we, the voters, expect. And he has further allowed them to paint themselves into the proverbial corner with this impeachment fallacy with all the trimmings, also known as baggage, it contains.As usual, a picture is worth a thousand words.
However, with the identification of baggage also comes the home grown type. That is why he is getting so little support from his party but a lot of support from the voters. Crooked politicians come from all walks of party. And too many so called republicans are just as dirty as the democrats.
When he was elected I observed a president that was kick butt and take no names coming in. He has done that and continues by letting all those commit suicide he can. More power to him. I don’t need conservatives/liberals. I need people that are trying to help the people and not themselves. It is unfortunate the graft is on both sides of the aisle.
