Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Saturday clarified a prior statement that he would not comply with a Senate subpoena in President Trump's impeachment trial, saying that the matter concerns "Trump’s conduct, not mine."
"I have always complied with a lawful order and in my eight years as VP, my office — unlike Donald Trump and Mike Pence — cooperated with legitimate congressional oversight requests," the former vice president said on Twitter.
"But I am just not going to pretend that there is any legal basis for Republican subpoenas for my testimony in the impeachment trial," he continued. "That is the point I was making yesterday and I reiterate: this impeachment is about Trump’s conduct, not mine."

In light of Biden’s remark, it isn’t an impeachable offense and should be summarily dismissed.
Comply with a subpoena or go to jail, Joe!
That’s the law.
Justice Roberts will decide if a Biden must testify.
Joe might be asked about the prosecutor firing discussed in the phone call.

I predict, in the next months we’re about to see yet another underscore about how truly conservative the senate members are. Whether they have any spine or are bought totally.

Biden gives double talk a bad name.
Trump gets impeached for asking Ukraine a question he wasn’t supposed to ask in the first place.
But if its been debunked as we have heard repeatedly from the Democrat media, why did the Democrats spend three months on it?

Right, he now doesn’t have to comply with the orders of the body he served in for 36 years and then as head of that body for an additional 8.
But God forbid anybody defied HIS orders when HE was in the Senate!
