California public schools can’t suspend students for disobeying teachers, new law says

New laws taking effect in 2020 will impact schools across California.

Starting next school year, it will be illegal for public schools in the state to suspend students in first through fifth grade for willfully defying teachers or administrators.

Then, from 2021 through 2025, it will be temporarily extended to kids in grades six through eight.

Supporters say suspensions for willful defiance are disproportionately used against students of color.

Now we need to ABOLISH All Private Schools in the State so the Elites, Politicians and Hollywood can get their Children a Proper Education by FORCING their Children in to the Public Schools.

Wait a couple of years and all of our younger relatives will have attended private schools or were home school.

We are working with the great nephews and nieces from sea to shining sea.

I have pointed out to my children just how absurd these people are. They seem to be sane and healthy and to reject all the absurdity and self-destruction--even the ones in the California public schools. The public schools elsewhere are just as bad--maybe not quite as lice-infested.

My granddaughter (not in California schools): "Do you know what they're teaching us? That humans are destroying the oceans and killing the planet and we're all going to die from global warming. That's all they talk about."

My grandson (6th grade, also not in California schools): "That health teacher is nuts. She was teaching us about masturbation--boys and girls in the same classroom--how girls masturbate and how boys masturbate! She's crazy!"

Gentle suggestion for parents who have their kids in publik skrewls: Every year before the start of classes meet with the school’s principle, as many of your kid’s teachers as you can manage, and read their textbooks. Get details of the year’s curriculum nailed down. Make clear what you expect of and for your kid. What is acceptable and what is NOT.

Do as much of that as you can for every kid, every year.

And one last suggestion: After your meeting with the principle, be sure to leave him/her with your attorney’s phone number. In case the school employees have any questions.

Sounds like your grand kids are evaluating what is happening in their class rooms

Public schools here in Californicator land ever the good ones after the 8th grade became liberal indoctrination camps.

Our family with kids in school, got them out of public schools into good private schools. It cost a lot of money, and we and other relatives chipped in.

That son’s 3 best friends in high school college did the private schooling via the internet for their kids. All were/have been accepted in good colleges like our grand kids were.

One day this past summer the wives/mothers in the cul de sac where our grand kids were raised were having their monthly wine and cheese discussions. The other wives wondered how they afforded to send their kids to private schools.

She pointed out their 12 year old suv compared to the new ones on the street. Then she said different priorities. There was a long lull until one of the gals started to sing.

Send your/our to good private schools or home school them on the internet for free.

Discuss with your obvious good grand kids, what they are hearing/seeing in their current classes is not good for them.
