The only way Jones would vote to acquit, IMHO, would be via horse-trading where he knew that President Trump would be removed without his vote, OR he knows that the President will be acquitted regardless.
If his vote is needed to remove the President, he’ll vote to remove, guaranteed.

I am an Alabama Resident. Jones can vote whichever way he wants. It wont matter. He is dead on arrival in 2020.
