Pelosi downplayed the latest crisis on Capitol Hill where a bicameral brawl broke out of the president's impeachment trial in the Senate after the speaker did not formally transmit the articles of impeachment to the Senate.
Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer said Thursday they are at an impasse over the procedures for Trump's trial while the president demanded immediate action and claimed Pelosi hasn't sent the articles because she fears Republicans will call witnesses who will damage the Democrats' case.
'Oh pfft,' Pelosi told Politico when asked if she was 'too afraid' to send the articles.
'Fear is never a word used with me. You should know right away,' she said. 'I'm never afraid and I'm rarely surprised.'

it as technically a ‘legal impeachment’- a legal impeachment doesn’t mean it’s a factual impeachment- the house has the sole authority to issue an impeachment- but it doesn’t mean it’s fair- which is why it must be tried in the senate- to determine if it’s fair, honest, and factual- it will be found unfair- and thrown out- but it is an impeachment- and sadly the left has weaponized the impeachment process-

an impeachment really is nothing more than a beefed up indictment- at least that’s how i understand it- anyone can be legally indicted- as they say- ‘you can indict a ham sandwhich’- it doesn’t mean it’s factual, true and honest indictment

Nasty Nancy has no clue who she is dealing with. President Trump does not care what the chattering classes or historians say about him. He's there to save America and preserve freedom, probably our last chance to do so without another full civil war. She can gloat over impeaching the best president since Ronald Reagan. No one who loves America cares.
During 3+ years of impeachment talk, you would think she would have read up on impeachment, but it seems she didn’t because she doesn’t seem to know he’s not impeached yet.

if she had no fear they would have opened up the congressional inquest about a possible trump impeachment to include the Republicans in a meaningful way instead of being so partisan.
If no fear she would have immediately finished up what is needed to send resolution to impeach over to senate. just two examples, her life is filled with plenty more.
Nancy is self deluded - constantly lieing to herself, all of which is based in fear, not faith.

It is stunning to see that even Congress doesn’t understand that the President has not been impeached.
Try this mind experiment: As much as patriots despise Hussein, what would have been the reaction if they found out the right has abused intelligence resources to spy on him before he was elected? Even worse, that a republican president & his minions had utilized the Patriot act - in ways so many warned about - to create a counter intelligence operation similar to the color revolutions used overseas to overthrow lawful government?
What the left is so far beyond the pale that it's amazing they willingly marched themselves over the cliff. This is why Trump will eventually creep up to 55% or so across the board, spelling electoral doom in 2020.
The pay sucks, the benes are all they are in it for.
Most of these people made way more than $175K but this job allows them the right to steal with both hands.
The few good guys do it for the Country, the very few do it for the money, most do it for the power and having hundreds of their flunkies pick'en shit with the chickens so they can look good to 'the folks'.
A few grifters like AOC and the squad are welfare cheats so a couple of hundred thousand looks like all of the money in the world, and are willing to sell what little they have left of their souls for money.
They are rare, and they will only last because of pigmentation.
