The lefties have been using the hashtag #MerryImpeachmas, but we all know that none of this will turn out the way they ultimately want it to. I thought of the “impeachmentmas” line last week, which is why I used it, and not the hashtag version in the headline.
POTUS went old-school and sent a letter to Pelosi that set the Dems’ rears on fire and offended the bed-wetting editorial boards of every dying newspaper in America.
In what has to be the clearest sign that the Democratic elite will never learn, many of them have spent the past two days selling impeachment as the right thing to do because The New York Times, WaPo, and the rest of the journo editorial clown car are supporting it. Move fifty miles inland from either coast and you could spend an entire day looking for people who give a damn about the Times’s editorial board and not find a dozen. But Robert Reich and other Clinton and Obama flacks still believe that these vestigial wastes of space have relevance.
My Christmas wish is that when this circus finally rolls over to the Senate, McConnell will do his parliamentary procedure wizardry and sweep the nonsense into a dustpan as quickly as possible.
OK, I’m also wishing for a good bottle of whiskey.

This has been a nightmare since November, 2016. Those who supported DJT and voted for him have been punished EVERY day since. We were never allowed to enjoy or celebrate our victory, and make no mistake it was OUR victory, we the people. Now we are having our Christmas marred by impeachment. When Schiff and Nadler denied our reps to speak and when they were told, you are not recognized.....that means WE ARE NOT RECOGNIZED.
Fundamental among the requirements for impeachment is that the reason has to be compelling to fair-minded people.

The Dems are red in the face trying to fluff this issue into some kind of emergency. It’s not working, most people don’t believe it.

Tonight, when Impeachment passes, I take down my USA flag, put up my (old and trusty) Gasden Flag and turn off the Christmas Decoration lighting. My flag pole has a dusk to dawn timer spotlight on it. That should make the Dems across the street happy tonight!

Look, in the end, did it really matter that Clinton was impeached.
The vast majority of people don’t give a crap. He served his two terms, and for the most part, the Impeachment is all but forgotten, except for hardcore Clinton detractors.
Impeachment as a Christmas “present” shows exactly how petty and vicious the Dems really are. There will be a small minority who will think it’s great - these are not nice people and are the ones who drove this thing to the cliffside it’s currently at. They’re not reachable, and will think anyone who is disgusted by this is simply stupid.

Clintons impeachment occurred near the middle to end of his second term which means there was no politics involved with his reelection
