In an order released moments ago, Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan has denied all of the Brady requests by the Flynn defense lawyer and summarily rejected the position of defense counsel. Flynn sentencing is scheduled for January 28th, 2020.
Judge Sullivan relies heavily on the Mueller report and finds: the case was adequately predicated and authorized by Rod Rosenstein; the original guilty plea to Judge Contreras was appropriately informed; the government followed all appropriate notifications for brady material; the evidence of Flynn’s guilt is accurately demonstrable to the guilty plea Mr. Flynn accepted; and there was no prosecutorial misconduct.

This Judge should have thrown the case out.
President Trump should consider issuing an immediate pardon to save General Flynn from having to undergo any more agony of this farce of justice.

He should pardon him TODAY. What would they do, impeach him for it?

This decision may reinforce my prior view that Flynn seems to be a moron whose legal strategy over the course of this case has been incoherent and idiotic.

Other-worldly. Judge Sullivan comes 100% from Mueller Universe. Which must be cold water in all of our faces; the Mueller report, and the IG report, HAVE NOT “exposed” the coup plot to thinking people as so many believe.

Flynn admitted guilt. He should have fought the charge
Disagree. His initial lawyers were related to the other side which is why when he found out he got new counsel.
He’s not a moron, not at all.

This will eventually be reversed and Sullivan will be exposed as the fraud he is.
That was really up to him. In any case, it seems preposterous on its face to try to get your plea deal canceled after you've: (1) admitted guilt in sworn court filings, and (2) failed to even meet your terms of the plea deal.
The grounds for appeal stack gets higher and higher.
They were threatening his son with bogus indictment threats and offered him a deal which they reneged on.
These are dirty people in the DOJ that pursued him. Easy for people to snipe at him and call him names, criticize his plight.
POTUS called him a hero.

Even though they know it was a set up, part of an intel operation, and repkete with bias, this judge thinks that’s just fine.
The potus should immediately issue a pardon for both Flynn AND son once this is handed down.

1. That's not the judge's fault.
2. How does a former National Security Advisor not know if his own lawyers are working for his best interests?
3. The time to figure all this out was two years ago, not June of 2019.
Changing lawyers at this point in the process is like firing an NFL head coach in the middle of a season when the team is 0-10 ... and then expecting the new head coach to win the Super Bowl.
