Graham’s whole statement is an excellent overview and synopsis of just about everything. Even a caveman could understand it, so maybe the RATs can comprehend.
Lindsey reminds me of Wilford Brimley’s “just a country lawyer” delivery in the 1981 film, Absence of Malice with Paul Newman and Sally Field. Brimley skillfully slices up the government attorneys and investigators.
