Maybe I’m getting this wrong, but I’m reading that:
There was NO bias at the START OF THE INVESTIGATION
BUT, WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR FISA APPLICATIONS...THERE WAS, INDEED, BIAS.
Frankly, I don’t care whether there was bias or not...
FACT IS...THEY DID BAD THINGS,,,REPEAT
THEY DID BAD THINGS...BOTTOM LINE.
The FBI knew the Steele dossier was a partisan financed document, and that was the document used to obtain and renew the FISA warrant. That fact alone should demonstrate in a documented was that there were partisan underpinnings of the entire investigation.
I wonder what President Trump thinks about all this.

Wow! Ben Sasse just apologized to Mike Lee for being wrong all this time. Until he saw the report, he didn’t believe the allegations of FISA abuse were real. Now he’s embarrassed and pissed.
Sasse let everyone know that Bruce Ohr with his past assigned role at the DOJ had NO BUSINESS being involved with CH sting. OIG agreed. Sasse and the OIG agreed the FBI should have pushed back on his involvement but they did not. And the only conclusion is that he was helping out his wife Nellie who worked for Fusion to get and spread dirt on Trump.
