Anyone with a brain could tell you that 98% is zero oversight. The court had become a rubber stamp, and the FBI knew it. They no doubt blowing sunshine up the court’s butts for years.
That was a howler. But she did manage to repeat over and over how proper it was for the Feds to BEGIN the initial investigation. Nary a word about it being proper to keep pushing and pushing and lying when the writing was on the wall : no there there.
