CB radio users had handles before the internet, so it is entirely possible to have had a handle for 35 years and longer.

According to the democrats, a President can be accused of committing a crime based on solely on his subjective state of mind. This would legitimize political prosecutions. So any President or his appointees could be targeted for political and/or policy differences. Disgusting. Would be nice if the Supremes jumped in and put a stop to this lawlessness.
