Just throw the damned thing in the ocean somewhere....it will float away forever......sheesh
I dont recycle. Ever
I use single use bottles every friggin’ day and then throw them away. No celebrity is going to guilt trip me on this. Why must every damn thing be a hassle to these pampered pinheads?
Ditto.
Out of necessity, I went to a Starbucks to get coffee yesterday, while waiting 2 hours for my b-i-l to finish a medical appointment. I asked for one of those stirrers that seal the plastic lid hole so I wouldn't spill coffee on myself while walking to the medical building. Starbucks always had them in the past. Gal behind the counter told me to double-up another plastic lid to block the hole, is what they tell everyone after corporate banned the plastic stirrers.
Wtf? The plastic lids pollute more than the plastic stirrers and straws. Idiocy at work.
So you’re supposed to use two plastic lids, which are bigger than one plastic stirrer. Of course, you could use a wooden stirrer, but then you’re abetting to the death of a tree...
Pathetic. The whole thing. Pathetic.
But these same leftist elites encourage parents to take their kids to Drag Queen Story Hour...Sheesh...How screwed up is our country!?!?!
How screwed up is our country!?!?!....Mine ain’t. These assholes’ IS.
I don't know if you have ever used the Starbuck plastic stirrers. They are green with a little handle on top, and when inserted through the lid hole, will seal the lid preventing coffee spills while you transport your coffee. They still supply the wooden stirrers which are just flat blades of wood.
I have a supply of plastic stirrers/plugs and sometimes carry them in my car. Kind of disappointed that useful items are no longer given out.
“Pathetic.” Exactly the word that came to mind.
