With the way forward on impeachment not looking so hot, NBC political director and Meet the Press moderator, Chuck Todd did some venting during an appearance on Sunday Today. According to him, polls showing the publics sourness on impeachment or declining support were not organic because of political ads running on TV. Then there was his complaint that House Republicans were somehow bullying their Democratic colleagues by pointing out the flaws in the Democratic-led process.
Amid their discussion, Sunday Today host Willie Geist shifted gears to talk about how poor the polling for impeachment was, since the public didnt appear to be for it. Even in those two weeks of public testimony that looked dramatic to a lot of people, but the public didn't seem particularly moved by that. That's got to please the President, he whined
Well, look, and it was -- it didn't happen organically you know, Todd bitterly declared as if it were a fact.
Adding: We're going to report this this morning, but weve tallied up the amount of paid media on pro and anti-impeachment. Theres been basically a 4-to-1 spread of impeachment messaging on the President's favor over the last essentially two months since this inquiry began.

So the fact that people are willing to make donations to run anti-impeachment ads somehow means they actually support impeachment?
The Ministry of Propaganda is very frustrated that we are not swallowing their BS.
Pussy.
So.. pubs complaining about the dem’s Soviet style show trial that lacks basic human rights considerations is somehow ‘bullying’ them..
Poor babies.
DelusionalToddIdiot at it again.
Just put the frakin crack pipe down already, ToddIdiot, kkthx.
One thing that maybe ‘turning off’ a lot of the public, is that the cast of characters continues to grow every other day. There are too many people the public is supposed to care about, most of them fully unknown before this so called hearing. At a certain point, it’s like an amateur magician pulling rabbit after rabbit out of a bottomless hat.
It becomes unbelievable and even tedious.
Todd is a Comcast employee
Dopey Todd is crying that the DNC Media impeachment efforts with the Rats failed.
Cue the Boo Hoo girl.
The operative difference is “paid media”. He purposely avoids the fact that 99 to 1 of the FREE media is NOT in favor of the President. So, who is truly so is truly doing the bullying?
the left have been trying for 3 years to intimidate people and make statements to impeach Trump- and the left are whining about bullying?
They decided to run this circus, they own it.
Poor Bass Turds just don’t get it.
So GOP is bullying the RAT party by fighting back? Disgraceful reporting there F. Chuck.
At this point I think RT is more objective than our Fake News Media.
Commies know that throughout commie history, in order to get the country THEY want, they have to take it by force..that is what is going on here..they believe that the only America worth rooting for is a Communist America and they wont stop til they shove it down our throats

Todd is frustrated poll numbers for and against impeachment remain unchanged and public interest is tepid at best.
The Democrats' entire narrative for quid pro quo comes down to the opinions from 2nd and 3rd witnesses to conversations.
As for people being terminated they work at the discretion of the President and can be let go at anytime for any reason so that issue is a dead end.
Todd is desperately hoping once the American people hear the evidence they're going to rise up, torches and pitchforks in hand, and demand Trump be removed from office.
Considering the vague, subjective opinions of witnesses without evidence this isn't going raise the interest of many people.
Sour grapes.
They can’t control the narrative.
Trump is too quick and asymmetrical.
e.g. The narrative was supposed to me Trump violated the chain of command (NYT) or he spent Thanksgiving self-indulging in golf.
Then he fly’s to Afghanistan to feed the troops and tweets all about it.
Always two steps ahead.
I’m looking forward to Nadler stroking out live on television.
