If you’ve spent any time around the Federalist Society — the hugely influential conservative legal society that plays an outsized role in choosing President Trump’s judicial nominees — then you’ve probably noticed their obsession with a singular issue

I’d support Trump appointing Kat Timpf to the USSC, she’d drive the leftards insane plus she’s young enough to serve at least fifty years!

I guess Democrats are easily terrified. Maybe there's "one weird trick" that the insurance companies don't want them to know.

“Brett Kavanaugh’s latest opinion should terrify Democrats”

Hope so - that’s in the job description as far as I’m concerned.

“Don’t forget Nancy Kassebaum.”

I remember her, but not her drifting - but I guess that was the case too. Bites.

Really? Kat Timpf? I don’t watch Gutfeld that often (only because I don’t find him funny) but the bit I’ve seen of Timpf, she didn’t strike me as being particularly staunch. I’d suggest Katie Pavlich - she seems strong. Or Kimberley Guilfoyle. She seems like she’d hold the fort. Monica Crowley would be good. Maybe there’s something about Kat I don’t see because my only exposure to her is on that inane show.

Unlike Souter and Roberts and.. :)

Margaret Thatcher didn’t “skew” and your statement sounds pretty outdated to be honest

Actually, having thought about it, I’d move Michelle Malkin to the top of that list.

“Meanwhile, the biggest problem facing Democrats for the foreseeable future is Senate malapportionment.”

There is no “Senate malapportionment”. Each State gets two Senators.

Rolling back decades of liberal-enacted, economy killing federal regulations was the number one reason I voted for Trump. Glad to read this article!

“Don’t forget Nancy Kassebaum.”

I guess while we’re at it, even Ted Cruz, who should be a rock-solid conservative, seems to have a number of struggles holding to that line, at least since Trump came into the picture (and he nearly cost us a Senate seat).

But I will say one more nice thing about one of our Senators. Our only black Senator, Senator Scott (who, at times, has had problems with Trump, but has been great on judges), a week ago essentially said that this whole impeachment crap is BS and political, and if the Democrats expect Republican votes in the Senate, they’re dreaming. That had to put a dagger through Nancy and it may be why they floated the censure concept last week...only to get slammed with hate mail from the Left. Senator Scott may be worth keeping an eye on.

Back in the 1990’s I remember Schumer running around on TV screaming It’s SettledLaw, It’s settled Law regarding the 2nd Amendment.

Yep, but you know if he picks a guy, without question, like clockwork, the left will start the sex assault show all over again. All the actors would be paid, rehearsed, and we’d go through the annoying crap all over again. Actually what if he picked a gay guy? LOL LOL! Nah, I don’t think it would matter, the left would get a gay guy to make accusations.

Still have state and local which can be more commie then the feds any day of the week.

We can win about half of those battles. Scott Walker certainly made headway in Wisconsin.
